Data deletion

In the app, open Integrations, find the Meta, Google Ads or TikTok account (or store) and click Disconnect. We immediately delete:

• the connection and its encrypted access tokens;
• synced metrics, the ad inventory and its evaluations;
• alerts and rule actions tied to that account.

You can also revoke access directly in the platform: for Meta in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations; for Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions; for TikTok in TikTok Business Center.

When you remove RoasBrain in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, or request data deletion from Facebook, Meta automatically sends us a request. We immediately delete every Meta connection authorised by your Facebook account and the data synced from it, and Meta shows you a confirmation code.

You can use that code to check the status of the request at any time, above on this page.

In the app, open Settings, section Your data, click Delete account, enter your password and type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent and covers:

• your profile, brand profile and notification preferences;
• all connections to ad platforms and stores, with their encrypted tokens and credentials;
• synced data, the ad inventory, evaluations, alerts, rules and action history;
• AI history, and all generated or uploaded copy and images;
• followed competitors and their saved ads;
• AI usage records.

Tip: before deleting, download a copy of your data with Download data in the same section.

If you no longer have access to your account, email contact@roasbrain.com from the address linked to the account, with the subject “Data deletion”. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity. We complete the deletion and confirm it in writing within 30 days at most.

• Data is removed from the application database immediately, and disappears from backups at the end of the rotation cycle, within 30 days at most.
• Data held by Meta, Google, TikTok or your store platform is not affected: the platforms keep it under their own policies.
• Campaigns and ads already created through RoasBrain stay in your ad accounts. If you want to pause or delete them, do so directly in the platform.
• For requests coming from Meta we keep only the confirmation code, the app-scoped ID, the date and the number of connections removed, as proof that we honoured the request.
